• Registration forms will be open from 01^st February 2024 to 29^th February 2024 for classes Nursery and I std.

• A duly filled registration form is to be submitted in the school office by hand from 01^st February 2024 to 29^th February 2024

Oral Admission Test:

• Only the registered candidates will be called for oral test which will be held on 03^rd March, 2024.

• The oral test will be conducted for Nursery and I std.

• Syllabus for the oral test will be the basic knowledge of previous year.

• The date for oral test will also be informed through SMS on your mobile number which is mentioned in the registration form.

Selection of Candidate:

• It will be done as per the merit of oral test (maximum marks obtained in the oral test) and vacancies available.

• The date of result of oral test is on 11^th March, 2024.

• Along with merit list, waiting list will be displayed on the result day on display board.

Important Instructions:

• a) Registration does not give any way guarantee of admission.

• b) Admission in pre-primary classes doesn’t give any guarantee of admission in 1^st std. (STNMS, Latur).

• c) Admission in STNMS School doesn’t give any guarantee of admission in 11^th std. (STNMJC, Latur).

• Eligible candidate must complete all the formalities related to admission within given time.

• If candidate fails to complete the procedure of his/her admission, it will stand cancelled and the seat will be passed on to the next student in the waiting list.

• Admission will be confirmed only if the fees is paid in full by the due date along with necessary documents and certificates.

• Admission will be granted only if vacancy is available, this is applicable even for candidates placed in merit list.

• The students placed in the waiting list will be eligible to get admission till July 2024 as per the vacancy.

• Student placed in the merit list of I std. should fulfill the age norms prescribed by Maharashtra Government.

• The school reserves the right to admit or refuse admission without assigning any reason:

• Sometimes due to change in the education policy of government, the school needs to do the change in the intake capacity and admission procedure. Therefore, this prospectus should not be considered as a final prospectus.

• For all matters related to admissions, the decision of the Principal / Director / Management will be final.

• Oral or written requests for admission will not be entertained as we are bound with our motto ‘Pursuit of Excellence’.

Attendance:

• More than 80% attendance is essential throughout the year. Attendance report is sent to the parents through SMS every fortnight (two weeks).

• Students present for less than 80 % may not be eligible to appear for Annual Examination as well as UT / Class Tests.

• Regularly absent students are given warning with information to the parents and will be penalized for each day.

• If there is no improvement in attendance, the admission is cancelled.

• In case of sickness leave for more than 3 days, parents will take care of submitting the medical certificate along with leave application.

Dress Code and ID - Card:

• All admitted students will be issued computer generated ID-Card. All the students will have to use the ID – Cards every day, otherwise students will not be allowed to enter the campus.

• Approved uniform is compulsory for all days otherwise entry in campus is not permissible.

Discipline:

• Students with arrogant behaviour, shouting and making noise in or outside the classrooms or damaging the school property or threatening and fighting with other students will have to face the strict action including cancellation of admission.
